Not sure how accurate this is. The only people who use Telanganite are people from Andhra, and likewise the only people who use Andraite are from Telangana. Elsewhere they're all Telugu. Also, I never heard Uttarakhandi being used - they say pahadi (comes form when UK and UP were one state, and UK was the hilly or pahadi districts). Also never heard Uttar Pradeshi - UP wala/wali is the term used locally.

I honestly don't know how much more privileges can be granted to Punjabi farmers (the wealthiest farmer demographic in India).

They get free electricity (Punjab grid is primarily coal powered), free water (groundwater levels dangerously depleted), free seeds, minimum support prices, guaranteed government procurement of produce (most grain gets rotted away in silos)

And a free rein to burn stubble &amp; contribute towards the North Indian smog.

Bhojpur region consists of East UP and West Bihar, so culturally they are closest to each other than to any other region. The same can be said for Bundelkhand and Baghelkhand but in their case it's with MP. However much of Purvanchal has a lot of influence from Awadh. 

As for Awadh, I personally feel that we are bit closer to Purvanchalis than to the Khariboli region.

West UP of course is a part of Northwestern India and is most similar to Haryana. 

For Braj, I don't know.

But the thing gets more complicated because the dialects are very fluid in UP. It's more like a spectrum than just a rigid grouping.

I will just put something here, I am from Eastern UP and I learned that Chath Puja was not celebrated in our place till recently when women from bihar started getting married in our families. So Chath became part of our culture as well. So I think that's a common link, a lot of Bihari people are married into eastern UP and this amounts to cultural exchange and yes the language is the same to some extent (Bhojpuri with slight variations)

It's basically the bad things like crime and corruption. Both are neighbouring states,have high population and  high criminal activities, people are dumb and keep voting for Gunda gardi wale politicians aur caste division karke vote lene wale politicians etc.


UP mein to thoda change dikhne laga hai recently lekin it's not that significant.

Apart from this I don't think there's any reason for UP to be associated with Bihar.

Simply because a large part of the Awadh region has been colonised by people from Bihar. It's been reduced to just a few districts now. Earlier, Awadh consisted of a large part of what is today known as Uttar Pradesh. You can still find traces of ancient and mediaeval structure and slight similarity in languages in many regions that now consist of a majority Bhojpuri speaking people. Locals assimilated so much that they forgot their own true identity and culture. Even today, if there's some set of people who are absolutely ignorant about preserving their culture and Language, it's the Awadhi people.
