Stupid. The world is changing very fast ATM, a 15 years defence roadmap is as useful as the Tejas.

India has transformed its military or at least is on the right path to transform. Thanks God we have a strong government.

I feel terribly sorry to say this but if India and Pakistan were to go to war just on the basis of modern infantry weapons, domestic weapons production and technology and air force capabilities WITHOUT the comparison in size of manpower and numbers, Pakistan would win without a doubt.
