What blow's my mind is it took this long to take action. Like they (Afgans/Taliban/TTP) are not some great fighting force they are literal cavemen who can't do shit againt an army with total air superiority. I’ve been watching videos on the Taliban at work, some documentaries and some from tourists. I got the impression that the Taliban has been bored from the lack of fighting, literally. There are even articles out there saying Taliban members complained as they transitioned to running a government. They want war. This isn't the 1800s. You can't fight a conventional war without an airforce and modern equipment.
