What has happened in Haryana is literally stealing from Haryana's share to feed other states. Haryana gets only 18 rupees back after giving 100 rupees as direct tax to government whereas states like Bihar gets 900 rupees back, uttarpradesh gets 330 rupees back and Rajasthan gets 150 rupees back after giving 100 rupees each, no Haryana minister dared to ask why Haryana's share is being stolen from them. 

  
Only logical reason for debt to grow from 70k crore to 3.50 lac crore without any development is that Haryana government didn't had money to pay debt to that's why debt mounted over time otherwise where's the development to justify this excessive debt. 

Haryana is among the States which gets the least support from central government in fiscal state revenue , Haryana is last 2nd after Delhi in recieving Tax devolution from Central government. Why don't Haryanvis ask their ministers to demand for Haryana's share. 

  
Haryana gets 40 international medals for India but only gets 70-80 crores from government as sports infrastructure bonus but states like Gujrat which don't even bring 1 international medal gets 400 crores to build massive stadiums and infrastructure which will be used to increase employment and business like IPL in Gujarat. Didn't Haryana deserved that money after doing so much? And the spineless minsters of Haryana didn't even said anything. 

  
It's the fault of people of Haryana only that they don't talk about these things and force their ministers and governments to do what's necessary.

Leave economy aside itcan be revived any day..my main concern is growing criminals and gang lords , drugs abuse in haryana.literally gangs are being run in the state ,they suppy drugs weapons to local youth.hisar in past year has seen so many  daylight firing incidents, in agroha there was open fire between gangs wtf .the killers of siddhumoosewala were from haryana. The gangs of punjab and rajasthan have gained ground. Drugs addiction in villages is real thing .Hafta and safety money is being collected from many people.
 On every single place there are prostitution centres in the name of massage parlours. Have heard that local mps and mla and police gets share from them.

Same here. Visited after 5 years and I am primarily from West and South region, and felt very good. Within 10 years West and South will become developed hitting $25k GDP PPP per capita, similar to Goa ($20k PPP) standard of living today which I think looks like a developed place atleast from my experience

I am here after 9 years and I agree - Ahmedabad particularly has had a lot of development. Still got a long way to go in terms of basics though, annoyed by the lack of pavements/sidewalks and the rubbish absolutely everywhere. Hoping that when I come back these basics have been addressed. Imo, they should sort these before building fancy airports and malls.

Let me update you a bit  - All Props goes to Nitin Gatkari for his work. He is pre experienced in Urban development and roadworks since his young days in Maharastra Govt. . With Modis support he cleared many roadblocks and beaurocratic red tapes which hindered our roads and infra developments. He was the only Minister who people can visit directly with grievance and swift action was taken by him against corruption.  The whole system shook and got into place,  flyovers which I was seeing being built since 25 Years , complete from scratch in a few years. We are not used to this speed .

Further current government is actually working and showing results , we Indians have been hearing stories of development since ages finally people are seeing it. 

This govt. has improved the tax process and payment settlement methods , many tender and sourcing processes are streamlined and digitized rapidly within just 3 Years. Now the government is racking in moolah and made it harder for middlemen and brokers to delay and steal the coffers. Now funds are dispatched and used for work, everything is transparent and anti corruption guys are swift, earlier they was shortage of funds for even basic things by government , now we are surplus ,earlier money would arrive , but before any work started half of it would be stolen as kickbacks and commissions. Today a small tip / video / audio of corruption could get an officer busted , so the lazy old beurocrats have to get to work honestly. 

Many of my pals who come to India after sometime are shocked by seeing the difference among not just the development but also the people. The media of west ofc would only zoom into sewage holes and slums to show the 70s propaganda image of India,  but when NRIs come back they themselves point out the change, we still have a long way to go but i feel proud to see places and people develope and change every year,  in west it's already pre build so nothing a difference to notice .
