I don't recommend involving yourself in other's problems. We don't know their backstory. The son not living with his father is his choice imo. Now assuming that he is a bad son, forcing such a person to live with his father, do you really think the son would take care of the father?

But dont leave out the possibility that the father might also have been abusive in their younger age. Which would make the son living seperately a logical choice for the son. Forcing the son to live with his abusive father is just as bad.

Legally speaking, the courts wouldn't order anyone to live with someone else. But they can order to provide medical care and support to the parent. It would be upto the son to provide the care himself or hire someone else to do it for him.

But it depends on case by case basis.  They would examine whether the father actually needs such a care. The provision is for meeting the basic requirements for living life with dignity.

2. ICICI Bank is fine, they still have to follow the government rules. But I am biased to ICICI banks as well, as my parents recently completed  the fomalities for the extension.

Stick to sbi for all govt saving schemes like ppf, scss, ssy. Money withdrawal is just more easy with govt banks and you don't even need a bank account with sbi to do that. They even have the option of demand draft or cheque for money withdrawal which is great imo

In one word no , it's by Indian law of representation , not only football but any sport's , ( an Indian can only represent india in any sport  which comes under the ministry of sports . thies right and privileged are reserved for india citizens , oic and pio are not Indian ( officials) so it's not in the hands of Indian football  association but by law which don't permit , and India don't have dual citizenship policy .
