More importantly, aid is currently going in. They can donate their aid to the channels that are delivering aid to actually help.
Last, what was their plan to distribute the aid? Just drop it off and sail away and ppl fend for themselves? Or maybe their plan was to donate it to Hamas directly? 
They ever planned on getting in. Their hope was to get arrested as a protest. This is the plan the whole time. Not exactly helping hungry Palestinians and not exactly pushing hamas to end the war.

No-one denies that what happened on October 7th was horrific, but that does not give Israel an excuse to indulge in revenge killings and mercilessly murder thousands of innocent people in the Gaza strip. If anything, this just shows that they were waiting for anything to happen as a means of justifying a genocide. If they are forcibly showing graphic violence, gore, or executions to a captive in order to psychologically break them, threaten them, or punish them, then that definitely falls into the realm of psychological torture and they are violating the convention.
