I'm stuck on Prison Break right now.  I clear all the visible NPCs, blow up all the vehicles and when they finally say to get over the wall, I get one shot by some sniper that isn't visible before I can interact with the wall.  He sees me through smoke, and he doesn't exist to shoot.  Veteran was not a good choice if not for the achievement for it. I'm not having fun when it starts to feel bugged.

Every veteran AI bot has wallhack. Peek 0.1 sec around the corner and you're already hit. Possibly killed instantly. 

I was stuck in a death respawn while fighting graves (1 more c4 left). So when I died and respawned i got shot at immediately lol. Somehow managed to clear the level by redoing it 200 times.

I just completed it on realism and the team AI was great for the most part for me. They saved me on more than one occasion by killing quite a few when I had to reload or take cover to heal. I agree tho that some missions were definitely quite difficult and enemy AI were annoying 😄

Had this same experience on Hardened, on the last mission at the moment and honestly the armoured units need to be removed completely, they're taking this to GR:Breakpoint levels and even then that game was much easier to deal with armour.

Like they expect you to be so perfect at dealing damage with weapons that feel weak as hell, like they kill you in SECONDS before you can get enough shots off, mind you they do not flinch either. The AI are just worthless being there, like i've had some literally wait till you move, then once a grenade comes at you, you cannot get back due to them bodyblocking you, then you respawn with 7FPS for five seconds and then rinse and repeat till you either quit or rush it through.

By far the worst AI I have seen in a COD game for years. Infinity Ward, what were you thinking. The AI totally ignores friendly AI and most of the time make a beeline to my position. The armored enemies are absolutely atrocious and take more rounds then any any armor to date and they rush, which on max difficulty usually ends in a very cheap death.

Because the AI can pretty much one shot me, but still take Hella rounds, going dynamic is pretty much suicide.

Lastly, the Tank battle is the worst boss encounter I have ever experienced. Firstly could you be more unoriginal!? It's 2022 and you have a foot soldier throwing C4 at a fing tank, while getting cheap spotted by the worst AI I have ever experienced. A tank!? This will be my last COD purchase. What a joke.

Unfortunately, I feel like the cat's out of the bag on this one. Plenty of drones are capable, or theoretically capable of this. Autonomous flight and object identification are nothing new. The biggest issue on the Ukrainian front for both sides with their drones as the war has progressed is that new jammers have been designed to kill the signal of a drone. One way to subvert this is with the fiber optic drones that are being used giving a hard connection, that comes with a whole bunch of problems on its own, particularly range.

Clearly, AI is being looked at by both sides, and of course with most jamming being short-range that mainly means having AI press the kill-switch. There are many ways this could be done/used, such as only having that kill switch activate within a specific zone where there are known to only be enemy soldiers hiding out, etc that can change this from just a Robocop-style killing machine to well controlled tool when used appropriately.

Whatever happens with any sort of regulation here it's going to be extremely complicated and take quite a long time, and we will absolutely have full on autonomous drone warfare by the time these latest conflicts are over. If only we could solve our problems without murdering each other.

Jamming is a problem and a drone that can fly itself to it's target without the need of any signals is appealing.

Human aim is garbage tier, you need ai to help shoot down the incomming swarm of drones.

Seems like it should be an immediate death sentence to ANY drone maker’s CEO or board of directors if an AI driven drone kills ANY human being.

Wanna use AI drones against AI drones to see whose AI drones are better as a way to determine who should get to keep the contested territory or resource, then let your drone murder other drones.

If you wanna kill another human, there should at least be another human involved who has to live with the magnitude of making the decision to end that other life…period.

If CEOs and investors were the FIRST to receive the ramifications of their actions, it would be a self solving problem.

I also believe CEOs, board members, and investors should be the FIRST to be displaced by AI or robotics…the future of humanity kinda depends on their best interests being inversely correlated with the outcomes of the decisions they are driving.
