We're letting it happen. Doesn't that mean we're ok with it? Why are we not standing on the front lawns of our Congress people and Senators? Doesn't matter if they are a Republican or a Democrat. They should not get a single moment of peace until they act to save our nation. Go to their office,  post on their social media,  send.letters, leave voice mails. Seems not, because if the argument is that they use the racial profiling to get a probable cause or suspicion this person might be undocumented, that sort of asserts that all undocumented people are hispanic or latino. We need an amendment that requires accountability from the court. At the very least when it comes to changing constitutional amendments. 
Maybe they can make this type of ruling and then be required to send it to the congress for approval under current amendment requirements, otherwise ruling doesn’t go into effect or is voided.

People like to throw around words like “rogue” whenever SCOTUS makes a decision they don’t like, but that’s not how the law works. The Court didn’t invent some new power here, it recognized the long-standing principle that immigration enforcement is a federal executive function.

Congress gave the executive branch broad authority under the Immigration and Nationality Act. Lower courts tried to micromanage how ICE agents could do their jobs in Los Angeles, basically banning entire categories of enforcement tools before the case was even finished. That’s exactly the kind of judicial overreach the Supreme Court is supposed to check.

This doesn’t mean ICE gets a free pass to violate the Constitution. If someone’s rights are trampled, they can challenge that stop in court. What the Supreme Court said is: you don’t freeze an entire federal agency’s ability to enforce the law just because you don’t like the current administration’s approach.

Agree or disagree with Trump’s policies, the decision itself is textbook separation of powers. The executive enforces, the courts review specific abuses, not tie the executive’s hands wholesale. Calling that “rogue” is just melodrama.

The SCOTUS has been demonstrably partisan for its entire history.  The justices are human and have opinions.  Expecting them to be “fair” only when you don’t agree with the decisions is childish.  

Read *”The Most Powerful Court in the World”* **by Stuart Banner**.   All this to say, while I disagree with their more recent decisions, other actions are more impactful.  Don’t ever expect the court to “do the right thing”.  Ask yourself if any decisions with which you have disagreed were still made dispassionately?  

Even Ginsberg stated ROE v. Wade was incorrectly decided and should have focused on Women’s rights rather than privacy. She stated plenty of times the decision was not only vulnerable, but had it not been made that way, legislation would have eventually secured the right.  

We also seem to forget that this racism occurred after the 14th amendment with just about every ethnic group to be “next”. The Chinese Exclusion act was a prime example and it was nearly lawful to murder Chinese people in San Francisco.   Irish, and Italian, and Mexicans and Jews and Japanese were not free of this kind of violence.  

My point is to do a little better each time but don’t act shocked.  If you are upset now, where were you in the election? You voted right?  Did you do everything in your power to convince other Democrats to vote?  It’s pretty clear by the numbers that way too many Democrats didn’t vote.  Democrats fucked up.  

Harris was a shitty candidate.  She was the only possible candidate because Democrats allowed Biden to stay in power in the White House when he was clearly no longer all there. We got stuck with Clown face von Fuckstick because of this.  

It will only get better when people actually understand they deserve who they voted for when they didn’t vote. By not voting, you voted. By not working hard to get others to vote.   Voting is our only tool because Democrats won’t sink to Republicans’ levels.

It's an overreach by the government into donated land. The previous waqf constitution was already pretty fair. The tribunal consisted of a judge,  a civil servant, and someone versed in Muslim law. If the tribunals decision wasn't to your liking you could contest it in high court and supreme court. 

Now they changed it to dm being the arbiter, and dm is a civil servant who comes under the government. Thereby the government is taking power away from the judiciary and giving it to its executive. It's a land grab aided by a hideous misinformation campaign for the masses to misrepresent the powers of waqf and what they do.

Waqf board has it's beginning connected with the IndoPak partition where the moving Muslims write off their properties in the name of Allah. So the Waqf Board took control of those many properties. Don't know how the waqf works currently and the problems present on their side
