Bound to happen. Sneak-Strikes like what happened on the 13th were a one-and-done deal, Israeli Intelligence essentially burnt all the internal assets they had on that. Now, not only have they legitimized the Hardliners fears in the eyes of the public, but by striking civilian targets as if this was The Strip, they've also incinerated any comparable internal sympathies that allowed them such assets in the first place.  
Now that the IRGC National-Militarists have probably seized the reins from the pacifist President Pezeshkian &amp; coward Ayatollah Khamenei, actions involving internal assets are off the table for Israel in the near future.

Their regime trying to over-compensate for a humiliating defeat the US and Israel dealt to Iran. It's expected.

We lost visibility once Trump destroyed the Iran nuclear deal without anything ready to take its place. This is typical Republican philosophy, to tank a program with a plan of a plan of how to replace it. Remember Obamacare?

Not to mention we ruined any diplomatic creditability once we did that as well. Just like how Trump ruined America's credibility when he started a tariff war with Canada and Mexico over fake grievances of the tariffs he negotiated in his first term. 

Seriously these guys aren't clever. These programs are affecting their bottom line (whether personally or through lobbyists and donors) and they don't care if they actually help people or American's interest.
