yes. usually on the first few days during your BMT induction, they will ask you to declare if u have past criminal history. 

your encik / sgt / sect commanders will also prob ask you to talk to him in his office regarding it because they might need to know abit more indepth so that they can assist you better during your BMT. 

they might ask questions like:
1. do you have reporting to go for
2. if you have community service to serve, list down the dates etc etc
3. might ask for your IO contact for liaison between commanders n them

an advice from a sect commander here ( have seen many cases already). u dont have to feel afraid about this 'meeting'. we wont force you to elaborate on your case unless u are okay with it. if udw to share, just let us know and we will respect your decision. cheers and have a good BMT/NS life.

It is very interesting to see how strict they are on even (relatively) minor dealers (specifically drug traffickers), which being much less so in consumers (well, relatively. 1 year prison with rather good conditions, rehab-focused overall with opportunity to get qualifications and a job under Yellow Ribbon) 

And  If you take/find work under the yellow ribbon product then you'll be out in less than a year-- home detention for rest of sentence. Can goout between 8am to 8pm with flexibility based on work hours

The details will come out in time, "died in custody" could be anything from an OD to a detainee fight to a beat down squad *that gets caught on camera and put on trial.* The group that beat Robert Brooks to death is facing overwhelming video evidence, some of them seem to want to go trial and then everyone gets to see (many for a second time) how effective the body cameras were at blowing their cover.

It's getting harder and harder for site staff to get away with foul play, *therefore it shouldn't be assumed by default.* The person happened to be in ICE custody when he met his end because arrested drug dealers who are here illegally get turned over to ICE.

Maybe this guy died of natural causes, but could have died free in his native Canada if he had been properly removed following any of his previous felony convictions.


Maybe this guy died from lack of access to quality medical care, when it would be easier to give him medical care of these holding facilities weren't clogged to the brim with aliens that the left is trying to make it impossible to deport.
