In my suburb of a large city, there were about 2,000 protesters: elderly people, families with small children, people brought their dogs, there was a high school aged jazz band duo practicing their keyboard and saxophone songs. So scary, chilled to the bone terrifying lol.

Some of the quotes in the article were great especially the one that basically said we should 3 branches of government with balance and right now we don’t. The interesting part is how little the rank and file right-wing reacted, and I don't think its some restraint, some new found respect for the law and decency, it sounds more like apathy. They don't intend on losing another elections ever. And if they somehow do lose they'll just rule it invalid and stay in power. Today he's posting AI videos of himself with a crown, in a "King Trump" plane, shitting all over the people his office should be serving while they're exercising their first amendment rights.

Firstly, he's clearly demented. He has no emotional self control and can't seem to stick to a solid narrative, talking  point or position for more than twelve hours. This shows he's unfit to hold office.

Secondly, for him to react like a spoiled child after seeing so many people rally against him, and huge crowds that eclipsed the size of the crowds at both his inaugurations, this movement is clearly getting under his skin in a huge way.

Thirdly, he can't spin this any other way - people hate him, and he can't stand it. 

Furthermore, he can't demonize the people who hate him by calling them terrorists. **MILLIONS** turned out, many embracing the label ANTIFA with signs, shirts and chants, and for the best part there was absolutely no violence, and from what I've read from multiple sources, next to no protest related arrests or damage.

This was billed by him and his administration as a "Hate America" rally, they tried to force this point home with clearly co-ordinated talking points among Republicans all echoing the same thing. Scaremongering about violence, unrest, and ANTIFA terrorists.

What did they get? 

Over **SEVEN MILLION PEOPLE** out on the streets, protesting peacefully. Entire familes with kids, pets, all holding banners, wearing t-shirts, peacefully exercising their first amendment rights. It was beautiful.

As an outsider looking in who's for sure on the left side of the fence, I'm **so fucking proud** of the demographic in the US that pulled this off. 

With all the hate, the devisive bullshit and the hateful rhetoric flying around in the US right now, it's so refreshing to see there are still so many good people dedicated to peaceful change and the preservation of real American values and culture.
