If I am being very honest, one thing people overestimate about bollywood is the amount of drugs they have. Karan johar said he has never done hard drugs and the industry does not do drugs so much.

Plus I know someone who is into modelling and they have a very strict and boring schedule. Knowing actual coke users too, these guys are definitely not hooked on cocaine.

Cocaine is a very common party drug among the rich or even semi rich. I did coke a few times in college and it definitely lighten ups a party. Maja aa jata hai scotch k saath coke maar k. It also has obvious side effects and is highly addictive. Also these celebs have access to grade A cocaine which will be very difficult to score for commoners like us.

A school friend of mine works in tv but is also struggling to break into Hindi movies. He told me drug parties are pretty common and actually a lot of out of work actors work as drug dealers. Arjun Rampal is one of them and also dino morea, you will hear that these guys own a lot of restaurants and gyms which is like actually a money laundering front for them &amp; they are actually drug peddlers. Rhea chakraborty was into this as well. Nobody is forced to  do drugs but it happens like indirect bullying. If you don't do it, you won't be the part of 'elite gang' and won't get the good projects.

I went to a college where it was the talk of the town that celebs and celebrities' kids would stop by and visit in secret cause it was easy access to cheap drugs. and no, i have absolutely no idea who they were. none of us did lol was just local talk. one time my friend said he happened to be near that area where they were apparently coming through, and he saw a couple security guards walking with a hooded woman with her head down, and he just told him to move aside.

Some of my classmates took some to be able to study and they're now either transferred or doing masters in other countries, and because it's much more strict there a couple flunked. so yeah, it's a thing.
